At 8:45 p.m. on Friday, April 9, 2021, Local members responded to 9400 E. Iliff Avenue in Araphaoe County after an observant neighbor reported flames visible from a townhome. Members from first arriving Engine 21, Medic 21 and Medic 211 encountered a large volume of fire venting from the first floor of a two-story townhome, extending up the exterior to the roof line. |

Upon arrival, members found the vehicle on its side and damage to the back corner of the building. The driver was transported to the hospital. Residents living in the home were not injured. |

At 12:04 a.m. on Saturday, April 3, 2021, Local members responded to a reported structure fire at 5526 S. Ireland Street in Centennial. 911 callers reported black smoke and popping sounds coming from the garage. Members from first arriving Engine and Medic 23 found heavy smoke pouring out of the garage and deployed 2 hose lines for fire control. |

Thank you to the South Trail Fire Department for hosting the Ate Balls Food Truck Fundraiser for the family of fallen EMT Roy Vidal. Volunteers from South Trail Fire Department, staff from South Trail Fire Department, and LCEMS Local 1826 members held a raffle, handed out snow cones, and various items for kids while Ate Balls provided fabulous food. |
